We could not have found a better realtor, and my husband and I keep on saying how incredibly lucky we were to have found Lynn. We were moving from Nashville, TN to Mequon, WI, and we were a bit overwhelmed by the thought of moving across country. Buying a home from out of state can be very difficult and daunting, but having Lynn guide us through the process made it so easy and even fun. I called Lynn after my husband met her at a showing (he liked her immediately because she was not pushy but very informative and warm) and she was so helpful and welcoming and was able to set up numerous showings that same day! Lynn took time to hear what sort of home we were interested in, and found amazing houses for us to see that were exactly right for us. We worked so well together and became a great team throughout the whole process. She gave great advice especially when it came to making the offer and helped us understand very important ins and outs of the contract we were submitting. Lynn is incredibly organized and detail-oriented, and she made sure that we didn't miss a thing (even though we were out of state). She is also an amazing communicator and constantly kept us updated and informed. I felt like I could call her at any time to ask any question. She is honestly one of the hardest working people I have met...we decided to make an offer on a home on a weekend while she was out of town. She worked with us the entire weekend even while she was away. There were also numerous nights where she was up late working on our home purchase. Since we were out of state, Lynn was there for everything for us---home inspection etc. Coming from out of state, we did not have any connections to loan officers or inspectors, and she gave us great recommendations.
